It's essential to have women working in gaming, to provide tangible evidence that it is possible to follow your passion and be part of this industry. Women love games and it is crucial for us to see ourselves in the industry. Last year, I was proud to take on the EP role to work with the entire World of Warcraft team. These conversations led to me joining the team. When WoW Classic launched in 2019, I met the Classic team and we shared our experiences with MMORPG nostalgia. ![]() I discovered that I am better suited for leading and supporting a team, so I transitioned into a producer role and eventually became an executive producer. Although my love for WoW has remained constant, my discipline within the industry has evolved.
